Okay so i finally got my rego done, fixed my car battery and refilled the oil! But no for some reason my interior light just doesn't turn off unless on the off setting.
I feel really bad just taking advice and not giving any! Once I learn a bit more hopefully I can help too!

Faulty door switch, maybe. Have a fiddle with the switches that are in all four door apertures, opening one door only at a time and see if the light flickers.

Failing that, maybe a dodgy contact in the interior light switch on the 'door' setting.

to check your door switches they are down the bottom left hand of the door jam (opposite side to the hinges) and it looks like a rubber piece coming out and a screw. The screw grounds the switch so if you have it loose it won't register. Try unscrewing it and checking the plug. Then re-instal it and check how tight you do it up.

Fixed it!! I disconnected the battery opened the fuse box. Stared blankly at it reconnected everything and it works now :)
