engine was another 1200 than you had the normal changes to make new fluids, filters, timing belt/chain, etc

Engine cost +labour + timing kit which should be done.. Add a bit if you want a 3.8 instead of a 3.5 which is a good upgrade.

Depends who does the swap... Not to mention incompatibility of components
