Very, very rare. I doubt you would find one.

There is one for sale at Stevens Motors (Authorised & Genuine Mitsubishi Dealer) in Laura South Australia. I grew up near there and know the owners (John & Paul Stevens) quite well. The Ralliart motor they have has done about 20k and came out of my mates Ralliart. Would be worth a phone call mate

I have some 6g75 motors ready to bolt in, one is up on fleabay and is done professionally, not just in someone's back yard. Motors are hot tested prior to removal and conversion is done properly

Does the car need re-tuning after that or does it just deal with it (since it uses a Mass Air Flow sensor)?

Car will run fine on standard tune, but gains can be had getting a tune.

Interesting...I wonder if the 6G75 motor can be bolted onto an AWD magna?

I have bolted many into AWD's the first one I did was an AWD and have done many since. Gives you approx 30kw + gain plus a good amount of bottom end torque, have a look at the ride thread from munkeymanz, did his TW AWD here a few weeks ago and he stopped at steve knight on his way back to Perth

Man my wife would kill me but the idea of something like a TL Magna AWD with TJ2 front body work, and 380 motor with 5-speed auto tickles me.
