Just thought others might like to know. If you have upgraded the splits in your 380 without adding extra sound deadening you will have noticed the buzzy rattley sounds when you turn up the volume and probably assumed it was the door panel itself rattling since it's really thin.
Well it turns out that it is only partly the problem. The real culprit is the plastic door trim itself!
The cheapo solution? (worked for me atleast)
1. Turn on the High pass filter on your amp if you haven't already
2. Old seat cushions! Fill the empty space inside the door trim with it. There is a massive gap under the armrest behind the door trim with nothing in it. I did it on a whim and was surprised with how much of a difference it made :)
