Hi;
Long time researcher, first poster...
I have a 1988 2.6L Triton, N/A, 5sp manual.
It's running straight LPG (Impco mixer) through TR/TS modded intake manifold into an M7 head and extractors. I'm thinking of putting on a roller rocker M9 head.
Is it worth porting the M9 or just stick with a stock rebuild?? I've read some posts on sigma-galant.com stating probably not worth it - the earlier Astron heads (M4) were better for porting.
Any cam suggestions, specific to LPG?? I've been recommended to get in touch with Clive Cams, thought I'd get some advice/ideas before contacting them.
Also, does anyone have experience with setting up Gas Research throttle bodies on the old 2.6L?? Can they be metered down to suit??
Many thanx...
