Just wondering if anyone on here knew what spring tension should be on coilovers? Should i just have the spring seated firmly or looser or what? I saw on youtube a guy left his spring tension loose and obviously as the car compressed it sat fine but that doesnt seem like a good idea to me.
Cheers guys.

On the K-Sport they recommend a 10mm loading, so wind it up 10mm after it touches the seat unsprung.

Thanks alot mate that tells me its ok for them to be quite tight :)
Yep, you want them to stay put, not be loose and rattle around when suspension droops.

Awesome! How are the fronts for adjusting height?
I have to rotate the entire lower housing of the strut, makes it a little difficult for on-car adjustment so I'll be doing a lot of measuring before I fit mine.

I just twist the middle, your strut tops don't rotate? That sucks.
I have a knocking noise. Ill tighten everything up and try again
