I've a TL Magna and the 3 dials below the radio (air direction, fan and temp control) do not work ever since I took my car to the Mitsubishi dealer to fix another problem.
That initial fault had been the red 'SRS' light that kept coming on. That was fixed, but this other problem is now there. Similarly, the glove box light, demister and air selection switches do not work either.
Could these problems be connected?
Mitsubishi said it's "just a coincidence", but could the mechanic have forgotten or messed something up?

I would be taking it back and getting them to fix it for you seeing as they were the last ones to touch the car
But could be as simple as they forgot to plug the harness back in
