Hi all.
Installing sat nav to my wagon, and the MCX antenna plug has snapped the small golden pin. This means I need to open up the unit.
Has anyone done this? If so, how did you go about getting the black casing off the unit?

If you havent done it you most likely wont know what im talking about.

Any You tube videos on it??

havent had much luck finding any.... will keep looking though

Its pretty straight forward..

Black case/Housing comes off and you can pop the plug from there and fit a new one.

Sorry I should have been more clear.
By unit I mean the actual sat nav unit and not the screen.

Got it out.
For future reference if anyone needs to do this you need long thin metal prongs, like metal skewers. Each of them goes in one of the four holes in the front of the unit and they need to be pushed towards the outer side of the casing. The unit then slides out front first
