I would like firstly to say that it is not the following

Balancing (done few time already)
Drive shafts (just replaced)
Tyres area good also
Car is manual so its cant be torque converter

The deal is, it feels like vibrating is more severe when steering. Also its seems to become less & less the longer the car is driven.

Perhaps bushing? Lower control arm bushes getting hard & once they get warm from friction & exhaust heat it becomes softer & problem disappears?

I would say your right on the money by saying bushes.. The fact i lessons as the car is driven the key point so that indicates that it only happens when something isn't warm. I'd be looking for a culprit around the lower control arm first. Failing that make sure all nuts etc haven't come loose but I'd say it isn't that.

Does the car pull to one side or have any issues that you can tell with handling? Speed humps, knocks and rattles?

No other than this no problems with handling, any knocks and so on......... Yea i think ill give it a go with bushes to see how it goes.

Some thing similar to this was happening to my 2001 TJ found out it was the differentials, they had to replace gear box.
hope its nothing too serious for you but. :)

Andrei do you run a stock open diff still?

I got an open diff (cant afford to spend 2k at the moment), thing is it doesn't just happen under torque application (acceleration), even if i clutch in it still vibrates regardless.

This is my temp account while im having access to the other one restored. Ok i have changed the rack to reco'd TW one, tie rod ends aswell, while the car handles MUCH better the problem is still there, its driving me freakin nuts, over 1k spent already. Its def not the wheels as i swapped them with completely different ones and still vibration start to come in at 60 (very minor) and get worse from about 80, most of them come from steering wheel but some felt through the car's body aswell, what the hell can it be???? I tried to test out wheel bearings by forcing wheel to move sideways, no play whatsoever, i cant hear any noise either (although supercharger makes it bit hard). As i mentioned before drive shafts were changed recently aswell. Puzzled.....

I wonder how many km on the car?

Read the manual and see how to test for wear in the front balljoints. You seem to have changed just about everything else. lol

Lower control arm bushes caused the exact same issue as this on my old magna. Changed tie rod ends first but it turned out to be the bushes. Cost me over $400 to get it done but well worth it.

Right, im starting to suspect bushes aswell, as they look really old & covered with heavy grime. Thanks. Did you end up changing both front and rear bushes?

Yes, just to be on the safe side. I am pretty sure it was the fronts, but the rears were looking dodgy as well.

Just went outside and kicked the wheel (from the front), able to push one back quite easily with a minor kick (it vibrates back and forward) is that the symptom?

Not that I'm aware of. Any time I went over 60, the car would vibrate horribly, only stopping when I stopped the car. That's the only symptom I noticed.

Got the bushes today, how hard is it to do them without the hoist?

I've had several issues with tyres which were not round and tyres with broken steel belts inside them. All were replaced under warranty, in fact one of them that had a broken belt had to be replaced a second time because the replacement failed in exactly the same way. Try swapping tyres around.

Are either of the sets of wheels you have tried, OEM? Just want to ensure you have tried hubcentric wheels and not just lugcentric. Sorry if I'm stating the obvious.

Thanks for everyones help. Bushes were replaced today, basically vibrations are 95% gone. Once i start going above 120 very small vibrations appear, this is where i suspect the wheels & tyres can be to blame, its not that severe, also i dont drive faster than 120km/h very often :).
