My warranty book says after 3 years i need to send in the slip when its nearing the end of the 3 years to be eligible for the 5 years warranty, has anyone seen this in the warranty book and have people been sending that in, thoughts please???

You just need to go to a dealership & they fill it in & enter it in the computer which will extend you warranty to the 5 years.

Thanks mate i've always gone to the dealer and they stamped the book but haven't completed that slip, im guessing they have automatically done it and not told me.

You usually have to ask & take it in before the 3 years expires. The onus is on you if you want the warranty. It should really just be 5 years, bit of crap that it is only 3 if you don't realise about that bit of paper in your service book.
