Hey there 380 owners. I did a search but nothing relevant came up.
I have the opportunity to buy some brand new USDM galant brake calipers and rotors from the USA.
Just wondering if they are compatible with the ADM 380? (So I can fit them to my 3rd gen.)
Cheers

i dont know why you would bother considering the 380 brake setup is cheap enough and you can guarantee them to work with the magnas/veradas

I can get brand new calipers, rotors and pads for about $250 so I reckon its worthwhile. If it fits, then it should work out alright.

I recall that the brakes fitted to the 380 were an improvement to those on the Galant.
They are probably not ADR compliant and therefore not legal to use here, better off sourcing PBR made 380 brakes.

From the research I have done above post is correct, the PBR were superior to the Galant brakes up front but similar on the rear (not the same and not that they will fit a Magna anyway)
While the price is great (I assume to compare apples with apples the price is plus freight which from the USA for a set of brakes will cost prob more than the brakes) is really no use if you are going to end up with something less than what you would get here

Well, if they're inferior brakes, then perhaps I should give it a miss. Postage was $20 flat rate international so at least that wasn't too bad.
