The TE I have here has an interesting/annoying issue.
Firstly, the harmonic balancer was wobbling heaps, so I changed it with another.
2000ks later and on first start in the morning it was making an interesting noise and the AC belt kept coming off (not while it was running either, it was somewhat random), finally investigated, and the balancer that I've put on has separated into two, where the pulley is put together. the bolted part was staying put, but where the belts go on was going from side to side. Now is this an issue due to bad instillation? or just plain bad luck? And finally is it a case of another balancer and all will be good?
