Hey guys,

REALLY dumb question here, but it's necessary;

I recently bought a battery clamp to secure my magna's battery, however can't find the holes in which the rods would go into to hold them clamp on. I can see one on the side closer to the person, but not a hole on the other side of the battery. The clamp is pretty much like this one;

Anyone point out how this may work?

Thanks in advance,

Mike

Should be a slot toward the airfilter side, turn the hook sideways and drop it down into the slot, turn the hook so its under the battery, lift and it should lock. You'll find it easier to remove the handle from the hook first, once its in position, lift and refit the handle..

I hate trying to put battery clamps in.. As far as I can remember yes it is a slot and turn and a lot easier for it to pull up out or fall all the way in or drop a nut while trying to hold the rods up and put the top strap on... An extra person to hold your bits makes it a lot easier.

Shoot is right, inside the area of where the battery box goes, there are 2 holes, so if you are looking at the car front on there is one both sides of the battery, the hooked in needs to drop in and slot in underneath the battery tray, one done, tighten and give the battery a couple of shoves to make sure it doesn't go anywhere.
