It has been a long time coming - re-direction of funds, availability of the people to do it and who would actually do it good, spare time and well enough of that.

Similar specs to Jussy's Turbo TR being a 2.8L aswell. There is also a lot of other work done.

Brief overview:
To fit the intercooler we removed the aircon system. Its gonna suck in summer but I am used to having my window down. Turbo sits on a sigma turbo exhaust manifold. It is a high flow T-04. Turns out it costs alot of money to have one overhauled. Anywho there's the basics, here's a couple of pics. A TurboLink ECU controlls fuel and ignition management. Engine bay shots will follow soon.

NB: No actuall bumper cutting was required but will be done to increase airflow through the cooler.

EDIT: This is not the wagon. This is my sedan that has been modified. My wagon sucks ballz ATM.

Thanks man. I also like what you have done to yours. I like your red tappet cover and plumbing looks neat. It looks like your cooler is going to achieve alot of airflow in that spot. About the motor, it has a new cam - extra exhaust duration. There are an extra 4 injectors mounted into the plenum chamber, the TurboLink computer is a piggyback computer which means I still need the airflow sensor which has been moved to the other side of the engine bay. I think MagnaArt said in a PM that you were running a full aftermarket computer or something I think a G-Reddy? That would be sweet as. Mine is a little less flexible but it'll still do the job quite alright. Anywho the motor has full floating low drag pistons, stroker crank, adjustable lifters. Also have a heavy duty clutch, Bosch motorsport 600gph fuel pump, full 3" mandrel exhaust 3" high flow catalytic converter, K&N filter and clip on pedal covers - MAD!!!
But yeah there are quite a few big cuts. The supports that goes from the bumper to the front bonnet rail thing (under the bonnet latch) that's gone. A lot of steel around the headlights is gone aswell. I wouldnt mind hearing about some of your stats and also about your computer aswell. Also why does everybody live in WA? so many people from there lol . I noticed that you have a strut brace. Its on my to do list as are a few other things, MSD sway bars etc.
I am pondering about going to National Magna meet if I can tie it in with work. 2 Turbo TR's would be cool there :D

Here from you

The sigma turbo manifold its pretty much perfect, however the turbo does sit up quite high as the motor is mounted differently being fwd.
As for total costs for everything is up around the $9000 dollar mark (but that does include the car). It could have been alot more but I was lucky to have alot of stuff done to the motor before I bought it. There was a fair bit to do after it though. Insurance - I am too scared to find out how much  . I am told that I will be paying anywhere from 2 - 3000 per year. Thats the next thing on my to do list.

Here's a bad pic of the engine bay. It was taken a couple of weeks ago before all the steel was polished, the motor cleaned and fittings were put on. Its also missing a radiator andother stuff.
