Below is a link to the latest Monash results of real world crash safety data.

The 380 again scores very well sitting on the "benchmark line" and rates as good as many five star cars.

Interestingly the TE to TJ rates very poorly but is grouped with the first gen for some reason. TL and TW do much better.

Interesting read.

That is weird, maybe there werent enough magnas crashing so they piled them together?

But it is stupid, you could make a brand new Hyundai i30 look super unsafe by lumping it with excels

its not grouped with the first gen. its because the list of cars is so long it goes onto two lines, pretty sure thats an excel thing. happens with the second gens too. pretty poor showing on the mitsu front. happy im not a ford boss looking at these figures... check out the FG falcon :P
