Does anyone know of a place in victoria where they do ECU tuning with a dyno and all that?

Generally anywhere that tunes evos will have the cable and software required to tune, never know until you go to them if they are happy to work with your ecu. I have an unfinished set of definitions if you like that may help.

Not 100% organised atm, but im in the very near future going to get mal from mitsfix to do a 6G75 engine conversion to my tj vr-x and hopefully changing my pacemaker headers to the HM ones. i was just exploring the idea of an ECU reflash, so excuse my lack of knowledge in the area of ECU work, but would the definitions u have help at all?

Yeah i don't have the complete set though. I went to a well known tuner in Sydney and gave them the definitions i had and they had a look, completed the definitions and started tuning, Few hours later and lots of dyno runs ....oh and alot of money my car was tuned to take advantage of 98 octane.

haha 98 octane maybe one day! being a student, last thing i wanna pay for is full premium petrol! i think at some point in the future as recommended by mal a trip to SKR in adelaide might be on the cards!

If you can afford 98 octane you can't afford to drive to adelaide lol get a local tuner first you're on a budget.

You can't afford premium fuel yet you can afford an engine conversion, extractors and tuning? Dude.... your priorities are seriously screwed up!!

my mates tell me this all the time lol

it's more a paying for petrol is a pain in the arse that i hate doing and less i have to pay for petrol the better, whereas coughing up money for a conversion is enjoyable cause u get a new engine...if that makes sense?

but yes lol i understand ur point :P

Just got my AWD VRX upgraded to 380 motor and 3.0l stall converter. BEST DAMN MOD I HAVE EVER HAD FOR POWER! Recommend it to anyone. Mal and Brendan did a top notch job.
