Hey peeps,

im not very cluey when it comes to cars, but my magna 3.5lt 2000 model auto makes a sort of grinding noise upon entry into "drive" not sure what causes it, is it dangerous or expensive to fix?
can give more info/recordings tomorrow if someone can point me in the direction im looking at

When was your trans fluid last flushed? If not recently get that done... You may find chunks of metal in it which means you will need a new wavespring and box rebuild. Sadly this is very common. Otherwise it could just be very old / bad fluid
