Hi there ando94, i had a rattle in my drivers side door in my TF for ages, then one day when retriming my door, i found on the very top of the door trim (3?) nuts. when you remove the trim you will see them at the very top of the door, on mine they were loose, they will continue to vibrate loose as well, even after tightning them up, all i did was put in a spring washer and that fixed the problem. hope this helps

Go back and take everything apart again. You may have missed something, I've done it once or twice before. Take your time putting everything back together again, and make sure you double check everything is done up properly. Don't over tighten screws that go in/on plastic, as they'll crack.

What does it sound like? Metal? Plastic? Glass?
Sometimes the metal bracket that the door pull/cup comes a little loose, and rattles. Mine got like that from having the subwoofer too loud.

Have you checked all the plastic fingers that are bolted onto the glass further down the window? Take your door trim off, and remove (very, very slowly) the plastic dust protector and have a look. Maybe check all the bolts while you're there.

The plastic trim is prone to rattling, but thats a little harder and costly to fix, so check the door rods that go from the handle to the inside of the trim, if its them remove them and wrap them in electrical tape.
Does it just happen when the speakers are going or just when your driving?
