my rev guage its going crazy like almost all the way around and when i drive its hesitates like bunny hops untill is warm its a real pain

Had a TP that did that once, turned out the coil to distributor lead was loose and the car cut out altogether soon after. No kidding.
In your case though, it is probably a defective gauge.

Might be hesitating when cold due to the automatic choke advancing too much and running rich. When the engine warms up it turns off.
Could be spark plugs need changing .
I had a BMW once that was fine with gentle driving while cold but soon as you went for half throttle or more it would buck and fart like crazy until you had done 10 kilometres and the engine had got to operating temp. Replaced the plugs and was fine from cold start onwards any throttle position!! Also could be many other reasons. Plug leads might be breaking down. If it runs fine at operating temp them it is not too much. Could be the coil as well. Try those and go from there.
Good chance what ever it is is affecting the rev counter. Did both symptoms start at the same time??Vee

Got to agree. If the car is bunny hopping while the rev gauge is jumping about the problem is electrical/ignition. Try another coil and power transistor from the wreckers.

yes both things happen at the same time things ive replaced new are, rotor button and cap leads ignition module and plugs i think your right it probly is the coil i replaced that second hand
