Hey guys i have a mate looking at getting a 97 elite but when he got it home it was pissing out oil... Had been told it is thr oil switch? Anyone had this problem or any idea ehat it might be??

Clean it, top up the oil, start it, look for leaks. Fix leak.

Haha nice answer. He is swaping it so given it back atm just wanting to know if it could be the oil swich. Does that go offten in thrm?
