Hi all, I bought factory stereo off ebay for my KH Verada, the stereo is new and looks just like my old stereo but when I went to fit it all the plugs in the back of the stereo fitted except for the plug for the CD, my car has a 6 CD stacker under the front passenger front seat and has a rectangular shaped plug for the CD player but the new stereo has a round shaped plug for the CD. Does anyone one know if the KE/KF Verada had a round plug for the CD input into the stereo?

Hi mate.
Yeah the KE/F have a round plug as far as I know.
The KE/KF Xi stereo comes with a 10 CD stacker in the boot and plugs in via a round plug.
I was in a similar position to you in that I purchased (through eBay) a 2nd hand replacement stereo that apparently suited KE/KF/KH only to find that it had a rectangular plug and wouldn't connect to the stacker in my KF (the stereo was also described as working, yet the LCD display was faulty and cassette deck was stuffed... so I was not at all pleased).
As an aside, if the stereo is of no use to you anymore I may be interested in purchasing it... If that's the case, drop me a PM with a price.
Cheers :)

Hi mate, thanks so much at least I know when I go to sell it I will say it suits ke/kf Veradas only, the guy selling it didn't say that but he did have a photo of the back so its my fault for not checking it out properly, cheers, thanks so much for your reply
