Welcome. With such a list I suggest you use the search tab.All this stuff has been well documented over the years. 90 mm intake is usually available from ebay.

1. Rims and Tyre's Im going ROH Mantis 18x8, what tyre profile should i get to keep the speedo correct? I have 18x8 Lenso 225,40, r18 and the speedo is off.
2. Full Exhaust..RPW Extractors, What about the rest of the exhaust dual, single? Dual Muffler?? Berklee rear muffler, I don't know about extractors in a 380
3. Chip Torque EXDE Piggy Back. Is it Worth it? Probably not. You would be better off with a better tune.
4. BC Coilovers, Koni to expensive for what they are, K Sport ive heard scary stuff..Any other recomendation? In my opinion, yes they are overpriced for the benefit you get from them. I swear by Gabriel struts, but i will get flamed for that. Boge are a good premium alternative.
5. Front and Rear Sway Bars...Where can i get them from and how much? Whiteline do sway bars. They are only a couple of hundred bucks. Do the rear before you touch the front.
6. Front and rear strut bars...Where can i get them from and how much? I assume you are referring to the front strut brace. Whiteline have a good adjustable strut brace that can be had for a couple of hundred. Do the rear before you touch the front.
7. Upgraded Bushes...Where from? I like to only use rubber bushes. Replace them if they are worn, otherwise you don't really need to. Nolethane is available but will make your car vibrate more than it does now.
8. Quife LSD...Is it worth it? Yes! I like the Quife LSD.
9. 90mm Intake where can i get one from? www.rockauto.com stock them, many members have got them from there. www.autopartswarehouse.com is also a good alternative and I find their prices cheaper if they have them in stock.
10. What other suspension and performance mods can be done the the 380?? How much money do you have? Low springs are a very popular upgrade.
I know my list is not in order, but can you please help me..thanks
My 2 cents are in red.

First of all welcome to AMC!!
Dreggzy: Extractors are available. A 380 ECU cannot be tuned. Front strut bar was standard on the GT, VRX and possibly the SX from memory. OP has a VRX so it should have a front strut bar already. LSD, if you have thousands to spend...
OP, just do the basics. 90mm snorkel from EBay. Berklee rear muffler with wider flange from liverpool exhaust of you're local. Springs some people go a low and superlow combo. I went the superlow all round. It still sits quiet high so it's certainly not impractical. 18's look rather small on a 380 so if you haven't got them already maybe consider 19's or 20's. It'll look tough...
Another thing I can suggest is having a look through the members rides threads. There are quiet a few very nice examples on this forum which could give you some ideas.
Ps, throw up some pics of your ride.

Hey Dreggzy, you own a Magna yes? .... unfortunately a lot of what you have said doesn't apply to the 380 .....
1. Rims and Tyre's Im going ROH Mantis 18x8, what tyre profile should i get to keep the speedo correct? I have 18x8 Lenso 225,40, r18 and the speedo is off. 18's will lok to small on the 380, you need 20's or at least 19". 8.5" max width with 38 offset is best, 245/40 on 19 or 245/23 on 20 will see your speedo pretty accurate.
2. Full Exhaust..RPW Extractors, What about the rest of the exhaust dual, single? Dual Muffler?? RPW extractors are a good start worth about 15kw atw, just replace the rear muffler with the berklee mentioned or others you can find in a search on here (numerous threads) Bigger exhaust is now required unless you boost the engine.
3. Chip Torque EXDE Piggy Back. Is it Worth it? The Exede or I have the a Unichip Q will net you around 6kw atw & improve economy & drivability to a certain extent. Is it worth it? ..... only if you're after the most you can get out of the car N/A
4. BC Coilovers, Koni to expensive for what they are, K Sport ive heard scary stuff..Any other recomendation? Not a lot available for the 380 other than the Konis as far as performance suspension goes. Nothing wrong with the K-Sport coilovers, I have them on mine & since having the rears custom made are available for all 380's now through A&B Motorsport.
5. Front and Rear Sway Bars...Where can i get them from and how much? No bars available unless you get one custom made. Selby did a rear which I have but have since closed their doors. If you go coilovers you probably dont really need to upgrade them.
6. Front and rear strut bars...Where can i get them from and how much? None available except the stock bar from the SX, VRX & GT which is about $20 from Mitsi
7. Upgraded Bushes...Where from? Besides the stock rubber, Superpro do swaybar bushes for the 380 & I believe some of the front suspension components.
8. Quife LSD...Is it worth it? If you do all the mods above you will benifitfrom the LSD, I believe the Magna quaife will go straight into the manual but check the spline count otherwise big bickys to have shafts respined etc like I have in my auto.
9. 90mm Intake where can i get one from? Ebay or search for the US supplier name
10. What other suspension and performance mods can be done the the 380?? All suspnsion covered above. Big brakes & supercharger if you want to go all out. Check my ride thread on the link below if you wanna go crazy & spend rediculous amounts of money like me :P

Why does everyone suggest berklee mufflers on a 380?

Coz its proven to work & no one will listen to me about Supercats lol

But any muffler will work! I want to hear some different sounding exhausts damit. This is why Fooz is king shit.
Just adding on ebay.com there is coilover suspension that says it suits 380 around $1000 a set. Don't know how good it is though.
Would reccomend extractors and straight through rear muffler first, then suspension. Two best mods for a 380 IMO.

The main prob with the rear muffler is drone especially with the auto. Just need the biggest muffler you can get under there. Once the etractors go on it gets worse. I dunno how many times I've changed my exhaust to get it right, but now it burbles on cruise & roars on boost with not one ounce of drone. No raspy noise just a nice deep ballsy note.

^ yes lol .... These guys are having a lend of you mate ..... Have look at the 380 dyno graphs, only a few of us have gone the piggyback route & we all got similar gains ~ about 6kw ....

Yep, Fooz is on the money here.
Speaking as 'one of the few'.
Just go take a look at Kifs car, after your boner subsides you should be inspired on a nicely modded 380 :D

waste of money on a manual, just more wheelspin and torque steer, do the lsd instead.

20-30% power gain from a tune? Lol
Well, he did get told "approximately". lol
No, piggybacks often dump more fuel in when you accelerate, and make the car feel more "lively", but that's about it. Be honest, if that much extra power was available by a ECU tune, the manufacturers would already do this - they know the engine a lot better and have more engineering resources than any after market mob.

As said above, I wouldn't worry about the tune unless you are wanting to squeeze every last bit of power out of the car. For it to be worth the money you'd probably want to be finished with all of your other mods as well otherwise you'd just have to get it re-tuned later on.
IMO I'd make the car look pretty first. That's what my plan is and Kif is doing that (better than me) as well. Unless you have $xx,xxx lined up for performance mods you're never going to make the 380 a hugely fast car. It's too heavy and you really need an LSD to at least try to get the power down. Just my two cents though.
I'd rather make the car look amazing - which I could appreciate every day. Then pay heaps of money to make it faster which I won't be able to fully utilize every day. Not to mention that unless you DO go all out, you're going to pull up next to light Euros at the lights that will put you to shame anyway.

Well thanks for the advice....Ive already seen and put my 380 through its paces and i know its limits it was fun finding out...My previous car used to be a lancer heavy suspension mods, took about 1 month to set the geomerity of the car perfect and i was right up the arse's of evo, sti, gtr, etc... around bends...and in many cases over taking them....And this was a FWD lancer NA with no LSD...i choped and R32 on a straight and through bends...It all also comes down to the driver...Ive spent alot of time at the track so ive learnt a few do and donts when racing.......The 380 is a good car for what it is....Anyways that was my old car until i rode it off mechanicly ...long story...I was considering a RWD but its to over rated IMO....Im not into DRIFTING...I know you can have more fun racing a FWD then a RWD....But AWD is the way...
Im going to be getting a EVO 10 next year sometime once i get my fulls....But for the time being I wana have fun in this car...but i think honestly im just gona go for some coilovers and leave it at that...
As apose for making my car look pretty thats not my car or me....The car is covered in stone chips, scratches, scrapes, dents etc..Female mother previous owner..I do car detailing and i know my stuff about paint and my car aint worth making it look pretty...As apose for making any car look pretty to me is a LAST on the car...I rather do Power, Handeling, Braking, Sound, Then Looks....I prefer to be a sleeper....And aswell we all know if you have a pretty car cops hassle you and wana start to defect you etc,,,Then you get those people who wana pinch crap off your car for their car etc....its never ending..
Anyways thats my 2 cents...
And thanks for the advice

My (revised) advice:
Sell it.
Sell it?? Why would i sell it for?? Im going to be keeping this car plus getting the evo when i get my fulls...The 380 will be my daily run around car/weekday nasho runs, and the evo would be the weekend/weekend nasho car....I just like to have fun in my daily cars,
Ive done just some mag wheels not chrome or anything and some good tyres...All im going to do is coilovers, and carbon wrap the interior Silver parts....And probaly leave it at that...
