When I turn my car to ACC or ON, my instrument cluster (digital) will switch on but when i got to start the car, it just won't start.
When I have the instrument cluster (digital) disconnected, the car starts first go.
I believe this has something to do with the digital cluster fuse which has an orange wire(to cluster) and a white wire (to alt or battery)
has anyone experienced a similar issue or have knowledge of electrics to suggest a fix?

May be coincidence as normally when you click to start power goes from switch to starter solenoid.
Disconnect the small wire on the starter solenoid and connect it to a test lamp and see if it comes on when you turn to start with the cluster all connected per normal and then do without and see if there is a difference.
The starter has power to it at all times with the big cable connected from the battery to it .All you have to do is get the solenoid to energise and it does the rest. Vee

By the bye when you say start do you mean won't crank over? Or motors turns over but will not fire up? Vee
Ps When the key is turned to start it also supplies power to the fuel pump until the engine is actually running.
