Just from a cam, nothing...

Change your carby and exhaust and then it'll start hauling ass.

I put a weber 34adm, lumpy cam (with solid lifters), and extractors on my first gen. Went hard!

Would it be better to go with EFI conversion over carby.

you could buy the parts off an exec wreck for next to nothing.

Pretty sure I saw one for sale on this forum about a year and a half ago (or was it ebay??)

May have been 86_Elite had a reground cam in his 2.6?

the xf ford carbie fits with adaptor plate :)
