So Turns out my Magna has been missing an AIRPIPE connecting it from the front of the radiator, to the air box/filter, so all this time i've been sucking in hot air :( !!

Where can i get one ? (in melbourne)

Most importantly how much ?

orrr get a duct from supercheap or repco & run it down past the gearbox and in front of your bumper. You will get colder air that way....

Head to Jollys in Dandenong and pick one off a magna. Shouldn't cost too much. If you're near Mitsfix then head up that way. He'll have shitloads of them.

You could also do custom style intake but I would not recommend it. Not only is it illegal (in Victoria at least) to have a modified intake (unless certified in a EPA test), it also does nothing in terms of power increases and if it's put down too low you run the risk of water getting into the engine. Only good reason I can think of putting one is for more engine noise, however, personally, I think the disadvantages outweigh this advantage.
