I am having the injectors on my wife's TF ultrasonically cleaned. How much should I be paying for the cleaning?

If you are taking them out and handing over to get cleaned generally $40 per injector

Quick update:
I sent the car to a local mechanic whom I trust (because I am having troubles breathing at present), and he did the whole job for $220. He sent the injectors to another guy in town and was charged $16 each to clean them. The rest was to remove/replace them and install a new fuel filter. Overall, I am reasonably happy, but the difference in performance - HOLY SH1T!. It is one mean machine now. Dammit - you are still only allowed to go at 100 km/hr. it will be hard to keep it that way now.
