Well, Hell has frozen over and after 13 years I am retiring my TF. In 3 weeks I take delivery of a Silver TL VR-X with all the bells and whistles.

The one thing that I don't like on the TL is the VERY white dash cluster. Now I'm new to the TL but I know that there is another VR-X TL/W cluster where the dials are all separated by black, as in my opinion it should be.

What I would like to do is put in a KL/W blackout cluster but have the white dials of my VR-X (complete sight the VR-X nomenclature). Simple question, can this be done or am I dreaming?

I know what you mean about the tl VRX being too white, the TW has separation, check my old wagon ride thread, it had one init

What you are thinking of is a series 2 TJ. They have the individual gauges seperated with the black insert. I believe, if you can find one that it should be plug and play. Good Luck

Guess I'll have to change over to the TW vrx cluster... I want the blackout but the separated white dials of the TW win this one. Mal, unless youve got some now, next set you get are mine lol...
