No the TR/S timing chain tensioner snubber has racthet teeth on the shaft for quieter start up, so the oil pumps between TN/P and the TR/S (having the ractchet mechanism in it) are different.

The TM had no automatic adjuctment on the timing chain. It was a rubber block which had to be manually adjusted - access via a cap on teh outside of teh timing chain housing. The chains were probably the same though.
