Hey all, have looked but couldn't find anything on this.
Just wondering what sort of bulbs/LED's I need to get to replace for the
plate lights. Thanks in advance.

ive never had a problem previously on other cars i have had, but i can update you when i receive them and let you know if you like?

Yes... No... Kinda.
Because the in-shell construction is so cheap, half the time the pos and neg wires touch inside and blow the led when trying them out. When buying that stuff bulk you need to check each manually.
When I got my green ones I was more concerned having 3 different green tones in one bag.

depends on the state your in legislation, i think with SA its illegal to have any other colours then white, but i still see people with blue ones around, i brought the xeon white wedge globes and they look like they may have a slight blue tinge to it, but still is white

i live in VIC, knowing our road laws they will probably be illegal, but i might try those xenon ones.

Any external blue or red lights are ILLEGAL in Victoria (and most likely other states too). A mate of mine had is Commodore defected due to blue LED's (serves him right, looked like a stooge with them in :p )
But why risk it? White (or the slight bluey white given off by LED's) looks decent especially on the standard white with blue imprint of Victorian number plates. I'll chuck pics up later.

yeah the white ones do look good, they are much brighter in my opinion, and much better looking, and they definitely dont attract the police
