I'm going to be putting Philips White Diamond lights into my 380. Just wondering if it's a good idea to put them in for my fog lights and highbeams as well so they all match. Any info on this would be cool. Thanks.

I would, but that's just me.
Another option would be to put the Diamond Visions in your low/high, and put a set of +100s or similar in your high beams.

I had this in my TF, in both standard lenses and para's.
Only difference is I had 6000k globes with +100's, they lit up the road very well, EXCEPT the colour difference played tricks on my eyes especially when on the highway on long night drives. Replaced it with 6000k High AND Lows and they are much better. Also appears to travel further, but thats because my eyes arent trying to focus on different shades of light.....

I was wanting to put them all in but my friend said that I would lose visibility with white diamond in my highbeams?

Honestly ,its been so long since i had stock bulbs in the 380 , i cant remember.
One of my first mods on my 380 was put HID in there ,and that was really really bad.
Pm TreeAddyMan as he has had quite a few bulb combinations in his 380 over the years.
Me now ,well ,i have my quad projector set up and im as happy as ever.

Yep, I've tried all sorts and at last count I think I have about 12 H4s and and 6 H7s spare, some new some used.
I've tried the Philips Diamond Vision H4s (low/high combo) and as Michael says their light output is crap. They look good but they don't do much.
The stock H7s are pretty good for stock, but I recommend either the Philips or Narva +100s. I'm running the Philips +100s "2nd edition" atm. Good strong light but maybe a bit 'yellow' for some tastes.
The stock H4s are crap.
I'm running some eBay special 6000k H4s atm and they're not bad at all. A little less light than the Philips or Narva +100s, but a much whiter light.
I've tried the Calibre "Xenon Blue" H4s in the past and they were pretty good, but they didn't last long, bulbs kept blowing after a few months.

If you are talking Phillips diamond vision 5000k globes. They look mad but light output is decreased compared to stock.

Installed Narva Plus 90s in the high beams a few years ago. Do a fair amount of country night driving. Haven,t come across better high beams yet. Great depth and spread with a whiter light.
So impressed have replaced the high beams in my new I40 with the same globes. Difference is like chalk and cheese.
Once installed realign the headlights properly for best results.
Cheers
Mike
Osram Nightbreaker are sold as Narva bluepower in Australia. Repco had a recent sale of $44.90 for a pair. May still be on. Repco regularly discount Narva lights. The Narva bluepower which is 80% brighter and 20% whiter is very nice and comparable to the equivalent Philips xtreme vision +80/20. Both of which are ADR approved compared to other blue lights.

My partner has just put the Phillips diamond vision 5000K into both the low and high beams in to her third gen. They may have a nice color to them but have next to no output of light even on high beam compared to my Narva platinum blue visions in my 1 piece parra's the Phillips are not worth the money

White light will do nothing in raining condition and downright dangerous, dump my white light and swap to Philips xtreme vision 100% instead, slightly yellowish light output but has much further throw and brightness.

I just put my high beam on when someone with these is coming at me.
It always looks aligned wrong and too bright for oncoming traffic.

i run the PIAA ion plasma bulbs in my fog lights i think its about a 2500K rating bulb and puts out yellowish colored light great in the rain and fog plus lighting up the side of the road when its clear. I have also run these as low beam lights and are terrific also but supposingly not ADR compliant in Australia

I think you're getting the Diamond Vision bulbs mixed up with HIDs...
