Don't know of any other way to explain it but here goes:

Open both doors on the side your doing.

Grab a piece of the rubber below the surround and pull it down gently.

You will have to pull the rubber off at the middle as well, but you don't have to remove the black clips that hold it at the bottom

Undo all of the Phillips head screws you can now see because you've removed the rubber.

Remove old Window surrounds and place new ones on.

Put screws back in, then put the rubber back into place.

Then shut the doors so the weather doesn't get in and enjoy :)

I did mine just a couple of days ago.
Make sure you pull them nice and tight and as far "up" as possible, otherwise the you'll need to really slam the door for it to shut properly.

Do you actually take the seal right out or just take it out where the screws are. I need to do this to the missus car as well.

Great write up Ando94! Complete with pictures!

Just a word of advice when removing the rubber seals, they are held on be plastic screws. Before you start taking the seal off the door surround, look around the bottom area of the seals on all pillars - you need to remove these screws first using a flat head screwdriver to pop them out. Also there are a few screws on the inside of the seal at the rear passenger door section, so take it easy using caution when removing the seal to avoid braking/tearing the seal around these areas.

Otherwise great job! Be sure to show us some pics on how it turns out. If you're feeling really nice maybe copy and paste this into a DIY guide in the DIY section? ;)

Haha! Thanks dude! Yeah I thought its a job thats done heaps so I guess someone has to make it!

I decided not to move the rubber plug things due to the rubber looking brittle so I just left it in throughout the process :)

I will post it in the D.I.Y Section now :)
