JB have twin 12" ported boxes.. Thats what im using. Only problem is they use alot of space, and are extremely expensive. Something like $280 for the box..
You can make the box urself, find a place that sells/cuts thick mdf. Give them the dimensions, and u can put it together yourself. You can do this for under $80..
Well, what can i say, you probably have the same sub(s) as i do, except the two of mine cost more than 198 bucks  They're not the best of subs, but they're good enough if you're on a budget. As for the boss amp? do you really need to? i'm sure u'd be able to find something second hand on ebay or CAA, and spend the money for the 6x9s on that amp, and/or front stage. Oh, and there's still cabling and boxes to think about
like gerard said, your best bet would be to make a box yourself......go to mitre10 / Bunnings, any place that sells timber.
i got a sheet of 2600x1200x18mm MDF for $40. I made one box out of this and had more than half of this left over.

Im making a sub box for 2 12' JL subs at the moment. If you make your own you need to make sure it is the right capacity for your subs (as in litres). Look up sub area calculators in google.
The wood cost me $30 (18mm MDF) and the speaker connection thingos cost $10 for 2. I just need the right tools/someone to cut the MDF as apparently it isnt the easiest wood to cut. I paid another $20 for sandpaper, glue, screws, etc...
I am stuck at the cutting stage right now which is a pain... all my wood is marked and ready.
that reminds me.. I should go and take pictures while I have a digi camera here...

its like cuttin any other wood.....if yur gonna take it somewhere to get cut, make sure they do it accurately.....alot of places give a +-4mm tolerance. so if one side of your box is gonna be -4mm, and the other is +4mm.......well things arent gonna match up very well at all.

Thats basically half a centimetre! if everybody making stuff from wood had those tolerances could you imagine all your household furniture?
I think I will just use the good ol' handsaw and sandpaper it straight.

I like the lit up mitsu diamonds but that is about all I can see! have you got any day time pics?
I'm more than happy to make an enclosure for you if you wish.
One thing though Im The Light, before you buy anything please either call me or come and see me as I believe you'll get much better equipment than what you have listed for a similar budget. ;)
