Yeah, mine are slowing down too. Although, maybe have them properly inspected by an appropriate person, they may have mechanical faults.

What model car, BADY?

Mine had some gunk buildup on the b-pillar guide. Cleaned it of with isopropyl alcohol now it is working well again.

Sometimes just pulling the belt out to the full extent and letting it reel in, and repeating a few times, helps.

As MadMax said but also when it's fully out give it a blast of WD40 that's what helped mine.

Pull off the c pillar and just give it a blast. Worked on my brother's te.

Edit: that was for the rear belt obviously. Same deal for the fronts.

Depends where it's getting "stuck".

The TE I just purchased snaps back from the pillar, just not through the b pillar clip.
Fabric softener in some warm water, pull belt out and was until fully extended. Will be slow for a few days as it takes ages to dry, but once dry it'll snap back.

If it's the mechanism, wd40 will do the trick.

Don't ever use wd40 on the retractor, if retractor is slow replace belt
