Striping the tm for a respray and removing rust, and would like to remove the rear window to completlu remove the rust, smart idear or not? and has any ond done it before?

Only taken out wagon tailgate windows and windscreens and if the sedan is glued the same way then a good sharp knife required.
Polyurethane is pretty tough stuff!! Easy does it and take your time. Vee
