I know this has been discussed for the Ralliart tails, but I'm thinking about buying the standard Galant tails (Here (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/2004-2006-MITSUBISHI-GALANT-TAIL-LAMP-LIGHT-TAILLIGHT-TAILLAMP-RH-PASSENGER-/130634984933?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item1e6a73ade5#ht_3018wt_1186) and Here (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/2004-2006-MITSUBISHI-GALANT-TAIL-LAMP-LIGHT-TAILLIGHT-TAILLAMP-LH-DRIVER-/130634984976?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item1e6a73ae10#ht_3018wt_1186))

Has anyone else had a crack at these? I assume I will have to make the same 'recess' as with the Ralliarts, I think it may even have the same light configuration and side parker like the Ralliarts do. I just dont want to fork out an additional $450 for a lip spoiler if I don't have to.

Is there any issues that anyone thinks I might come across with these?

I used Galant GTS tails, which I always thought were same as Ralliart

Is there a difference>

I have GT so lip spoiler already in place

I got from RC Hill Mitsu in the US, but u need to make sure to order the wiring harness alos - it plugs straight into our loom

no, dont think there's any difference between the GT and the ralliart. But I'm actually talking about the super standard ones (see links).

Sorry dont know about those - hard to see from pics but i suggest u confirm that the indicators are orange, not red as on many US vehs

red indicators are easy enough to fix with a green bulb. did so on a CRX i had a few years back. I'm more worried about them fitting.

As you can see here, yes ,they do have the parker on the side.

I don't see why they wouldn't fit, but,YOU DO NEED TO GET THE LOOM !!!

Spend a bit more and you will be safe.If i didn't have a GT,i would have bought a set of these in.

Yep, that set in eBay I linked look like they may have an assembly, I've sent them a message about postage, so I'll make sure the looms come with it before I commit.

....and dont get raped with the postage costs either ,i have had tails sent over before ,and even two in a box shouldn't cost more than sixty bucks.

When i got my Diamante ones posted ,it cost about that for two in the box.

haha, cheers. I'll be wary, I don't want to spend much more than that on the postage anyway!

need to get a MyUSA acc

Rchill quote was $75, tails @ $90 each so that's a consideration. I've got a friend over from the US at the moment who could organise freight If i asked nicely. I dont want to put her out though.
