is your gearbox a 4sp tiptronic? if so, it will but it would be a step backwards, and i THINK that you need to have a different tcu/ecu and a new engine harness.
the fuse will be in the engine compartment, of at drivers right knee. i dont know if these even have a fuse, but its something worth investigating.

Unfortunately for the OP, Woob's box is for a TL/TW which have ECU and gearbox harness differences to the TJ.
My understanding is that all v6 TF, TH & TJ (not sure about TE) 4 speed automatic gearboxes are interchangeable regardless of tiptronic (which is just ECU + selector harness changes).

have you considered a manual conversion?

i wouldnt mind manual but the price would be too high for a poor c#nt on the dole. I paid $1500 for the whole car 2 years ago and never had any major problems till now. I think its off to the junk yard for this car and buy another magna for around the same price ...hopefully
