Can anyone tell me if the camshaft oil seals & crankshaft oil seal on the 6G72 V6 have a step in the bore so you just drive them in up to the step?

I got caught on the gearbox as it has no step and the seal can be driven in too far.

Other car brands I've worked on have a step in the bore so it is faily easy to fit the oil seals but I'm not sure with the Mitsubishi engine.
