Remove grille.
Remove indicator light that side and side light.
Remove front bumper.
Undo 10 mm bolts on fender. Along top (6), in door opening (1), at front (4). (Numbers from memory, so may not be spot on)
Remove fender.
Fix grommet.
Reverse for install.

Gee Max,do you even own a 380.....

there is only three/four bolts on the top GUARD,

we dont have fenders here..

and what of the splash guards ?

Remove indicator light that side and side light. There is no indicator light ,its in the headlight...side one is just a plug at the rear....

Good thing he didn't ask how to remove his "hood and trunk lid "

Ooops! Thought he was talking about a second or third gen!!!!! Mea culpa!

Thanks for the correction. Does the front bar need to come off on the 380?

(At least I didn't suggest using an angle grinder.)

Still have to remove the indicator light on the side of the fender.....LOL

as well as the small plastic cover at the bottom of the guard...then the headlight supports and bumper bar end bolts......yawn...good luck....

Maybe I dont fully understand but wouldnt it be easier to get a new grommet and fit it into place?

You dont need to remove the fender mate. This happened to me too.

Jack the car up, take the wheel off & remove the inner plastic guard liner. A few bolts & some scrivets. You will have a clear view of the gromet once you've done this & will be able to cable tie your stereo cables up to the loom also & do the original job properly ;)
