can someone please tell me how to do this.
i get the 3 skews off and well what do i do from there.

I assume you mean the 3 screws from the door trim?

If manual winders you need to remove that as well, otherwise elec windows you just pop up and unclip the switches.
Then you just pull the door trim away from the door, down the bottom should be a little slit you can fit a few fingers in to help.

yeah the door trim, being the one in the one in side the door console thing thats is covered by the plastic cover, the one that holds the door handle trimming to the door and the last one up near the hinge kinda in the circle. yeah?

alright so if i just get a flat bladed screw driver and slip it under it should just pop up?

Remove the 3 screws you marked, remove the door handle surround. If you have door tweeters (where your mirror mounts) pull them off first (just pulls away). All that's left holding it in place is the clips. Pull towards you from the bottom of the door to unclip the card from the door frame. The top edge is a lip, just lift the door card off once all the clips have come free. Unplug power window and door light (where applicable).

As lugo said, also good idea to do it all with the glass down, much easier to get the trim off/on and will also be a good indicator of whether you'll get magnet issues hitting the glass.

Both will fit, may need a little customising though for screw holes
