I have a 1997 TE Mitsubishi Magna that is all stock. I am looking for information on how I can make my car look and sound nicer with upgrades. If anyone has any recommendations on what is good for a Magna then please help me out. Thankyou.

Define sound nicer.

You can start with a simple exhaust system, car back with a straight through muffler at the rear if you want a louder engine.
Add some rims, look at a body kit from a ralliart/vrx.

Check out the letterbox grill upgrade, add an audio system. Look around, lots of mods and information you can do, Just make sure you got the time to do it all!

Might be a good idea to look through the members machines thread, Many experienced members that have modified their cars that may be to your liking
