Hi guys :)
So I've done a few oil changes in the past and never had any trouble. Yesterday I decided it was time for another one (been about 7 months) and somehow (I blame pregnancy brain lol) I undid the wrong plug and emptied the trans fluid instead of the oil >.<
I've only ever topped up the trans fluid so I'm not sure if I need a specific type to refill it or not.
I have a 94 TS SE Magna, I believe it to be a 4 speed auto (has 1, 2, Drive and over drive), 2.6l engine with electronic fuel injection.
Any help would be HUGELY appreciated.

Thank you!
I wasn't able to get the mitsubishi one but I got a castrol dex III. Seems to be running better now than she did before, maybe it was time for a change lol

Same here Magnaman had to drain, flush and refill a car for a friend that had put dextron 3 in it and was having slippage problems.Uphill the car sort of seems to miss a little and thats all the slight slippage you get. The Mitsi gearbox are very sensitive to fluids and i think Dex 3 is for Nissan and GMH maybe. The clutches donot like alot of other fluids so Dex 3 maybe ok for a while. Untilo it ages.
All the big chains have some staff that have no idea about such things they are just retail staff.
I have never seen a book that says Dex3 is recomended for Magnas.
Just grabbed my tin of Castrol TQM-ST which is the later version of TQM and says Suitable for most models of Hyundai and Mitsubishi and Proton.
As we know some Hyundais have our transmission in them.
Back Panel says
Castrol TQM-ST is formulated to meet the performance requirements of the Mitsubishi SP-2/2M and SP-3 specification with improved oxidation, friction and viscosity stability, as well as wear protection.
Castrol website has same as i quoted

Uh oh I don't like the sound of that :( Unfortunately I'm broke right now so it's just going to have to cope until I have some money spare to get new stuff >.<
