Hey guys. Recently I've noticed that when my TH Exec is at operating temperature, at WOT, when it shifts from 1st to 2nd the car feels like it sort of falls into 2nd, not quite a shudder but you can feel a sharp loss of power due to the difference of 1 and 2. When the engine is cold (after maybe 60 seconds running time) at WOT between 1st and 2nd it smoothly transitions, the RPM drops to suit 2nd gear and the car keeps speeding up.
Is this likely due to the fluids aging? Engine oil and trans fluid are on my list, just need to find time to do it.
And also, on most mornings I usually dont have a choice but to WOT on cold. Pulling into a heavy traffic 80 zone is risky and some mornings you just have to pull out and plant and hope someone doesn't try and sniff your ass.
