^^ , it wont go away :(, im hoping its a blown fuse or something lol, anybody have an idea on what could be causing it to come on, and any list of prices of what it would cost to fix
basically turned on from outta the blue, no idea what caused it, just has me worried.

if the light is staying on then the srs computer has detected a fault and the airbag probably won't work (or it could go off unexpectedly :bowrofl: ), even if there is a blown fuse unless the curcit is shared there is something wrong with the srs, take it to a mitsu dealer and get them to check it for fault codes
Really only one way to test.
Go find a solid brick wall.
Ram it.
That should let you know if the airbags were working.

i agree hav it check you may hav a faulty wiring as well see an auto elec.

happened to my sis's ford mondeo, a wire was loose cuasing it to come on, take it to mitsu! its not worth driving around like that

im not taking it to my local mitsu dealer, they can go get fked, thats my absolute last resort, i wouldnt trust them more than i would trust osama with a gun, i know an auto electrician who could prolly help me out :P

wat they done to get u so off side. i work @ mitsu and we have stuff all unhappy customers.
