i was driving to get more fuel and i ran out of gas. i got a small amount to try get it to the servo but it died before i got there. i walked home and got a big 20L tank and filled it up. i went to start it but the battery was dead. i put in a new battery, and now it isnt getting any fuel at the fuel rail. i think it might be the fuel pump is busted, but i dont know much so i need help!

Fuel filter is probably blocked because you ran it empty allowing for the potential shit at the bottom of the tank to get sucked up.
Or, alternatively, you burnt out the fuel pump for similar reasons to above.
