Hello All.. not sure if anyone can help, i have a 94 ts magna sedan 4cyl. when first moving the car the steering is very stiff on turning. after you get moving it goes back to normal and is ok. the power steering fluid level is ok so not sure what to look at next.

if the pump is quiet
check for oil leaks slipping drive belt
check air pressure in the tyres
try replacing the old oil
or you may need some one to look at front end
