In the first generation cluster there is a bulb location for a coolant temperature warning light.
Is there any Australian models that actually had it connected or was it only an international thing?
Also note there is a bulb for the catalytic converter that we donot have connected as well. Vee

my elite has a warning light when the temp is high.
only seen it working once when the water pump belt snapped

Seems must be an elite and possibly a SE only thing as GLX and Executive have empty bulb sockets with a film over them.
What about Security Flashing light does the Elite have that?
Just rigged up a high intensity LED for mine with a relay and some soldering so that it goes out when ACC or IGN switched on. Cheers Vee

i believe the tp elite has a security system built in . oldmagna jay had trouble with it when he put a elite loom his car
