I have just joined forum so hello everyone.
SRS light stays on dashboard in my TW so took it to auto elec who scanned it as code 92 they didn't know what this meant?? I looked up on net and it seems to say left side crash sensor, I assume this would be in passenger door or maybe pillar. grateful for any advice, cheers.

The front crash sensors are part of the srs ecu and the side impact sensors are located on the lower section inside the B pillar's in TL/W's.

Thanks for posting accurate information and not taking a wild guess
Each side sensor is located just above the seatbelt retractor in the middle pillat

If you move your drivers seat to a different position, you will find that the light will probably go off. It will be an issue with the wiring to the air bag in the drivers seat. Perhaps a broken or fractured wire.

You have sure done a lot to that TF, I found the sensor Ok in the pillar, do you know what Ohm reading it should be, at 20Meg i am getting 3.2M between each pin, 1 pin has continuity with the metal casing the other also has 3.2M between it and the casing, any ideas? thanks.

I have found the sensor in the pillar OK, does anyone know what resistance reading should be between the 2 terminals? 1 pin has continuity with the metal casing, I get a different reading between the 2 pins depending on what ohm range I use, dont really want to buy a new sensor until I'm sure its bad, I could get to the other one and compare i suppose but rather let sleeping dogs lie. Thanks for any thoughts, cheers.
