Silly question, but here goes:
I used to regularly check disc pads on my cars for wear so I could replace when the thinnest got to 2 mm or so.
Getting older and much lazier, I had this crazy idea. Why don't I just ignore the disc pad wear checks until the disc wear indicators start making that horrible noise?
This is assuming that my TJ sedan and TL wagon both have the wear indicators all round. Stupid assumption, or close to the mark?
