recently having issues with starting the ralliart,

heres what happens, i go kick it over (starts fine) but dies about a second or 3 latter, if i leave the key in the on postion and try crank it i turned it over for 10 sec with no love,
take the key out and put it back in and it will start first go and stay on?
is this the immobiliser playing funny guy? :hmm:
