How would i go at adjusting the height of my parras, they are tilted quite low to the ground.

There are screws behind the light for adjusting the vertical and horizontal angles for each light, so there should be 2 pairs each side. Usually in white colour. Park you car on a level ground in front of a wall and adjust using a screw driver till you are happy. Do a search on google for optimum/safe pointing angles.

Yup, the easy-to-access adjusters change your vertical eight. There are other adjusters which change the horizontal position, which you won't need to touch unless someones tried before and gotten them out of whack.
